The Community Enhancement Association has developed a process to book the African Nova Scotian Community Room in the Library.

 

If you are representing the best interest of the African Nova Scotian community you are entitled to use this space. Best interest of the community means what is good for the people of our community. It is a broad definition in order to be inclusive. To book the space use the form below. Bookings should be made 2 weeks in advance of the event to allow time for volunteers to confirm the booking and avoid booking conflicts.

Please include a contact person so we can provide them with the protocols of using the space, especially during the uncertainty of Covid 19. We hope that this space will be well utilized understanding that there may be times when the space may not available due to prior commitments of the Library (income tax time) . Only those who have been listed in the booking party can have the room unlocked by Library staff, all others must wait until the room has been unlocked.
